Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in supply management, strategic sourcing or supplier development.
Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing terms.
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, charts.
Experience presenting sourcing analyses and business cases to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing activities supporting new product development and launches.
Analyze supplier and component cost drivers to shape negotiation strategies.
Negotiate and implement supplier agreements aligned with objectives.
Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risks.
Develop business cases for base optimization, including dual sourcing and design-to-cost.
Drive early supplier engagement for target cost achievement and financial modeling.
Forecast launch-related savings and long-term cost reductions.
Coordinate with global stakeholders to close sourcing gaps and mitigate risks.
