Job summary

Project44 is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Customer Experience Team and deliver seamless post-contract integrations across multiple platforms. You will guide customers through API-driven designs while ensuring alignment with project timelines and business outcomes.

In this role, you will own IDDs, collaborate with Engineering and Support, and drive Go-Live readiness, with hypercare post-launch support and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Spanish or Italian language skills are a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in integrations or SaaS delivery.
• Experience with API and delivery tools (Postman, Jira, Confluence).
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead API solution design phases for customer implementations.
• Own and produce Implementation Design Documents (IDDs).
• Act as the technical authority for customers during implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to validate designs.
• Support System Testing, UAT, and Go-Live readiness.
• Provide hypercare post-launch support and issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison between customer teams and internal stakeholders.
