Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical integrations, technical operations, or implementation roles.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, EDI, and/or flat-file data exchange.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of integrations, from technical review through testing and go-live.
• Configure, validate, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, EDI, and flat-file connections.
• Investigate data issues; identify root causes and drive durable fixes; manage multiple integrations with SLA adherence.
