Job summary

Luigi’s Box is seeking a Solutions Engineer Consultant to join the Integrations team within Customer Experience. You will be the technical authority on client-led integrations, guiding pre-signature solutioning calls and coordinating with the client’s developers and business side.

Your role spans advising on approach, designing architecture, reviewing client builds, and ensuring validated outcomes before go-live.

Qualifications

Polish and English proficiency at professional level (written and spoken).
Understanding of modern web stacks and how they fit in an integration design.
Consulting instinct to advise honestly and propose viable alternatives.
Peer-level developer communication and clear trade-offs explanations.
Ownership mindset ensuring project momentum and risk flags.
Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and workflows.

Responsibilities

Advise before the solution is decided, mapping constraints to the right approach.
Design integration architecture across APIs, flows, and identities.
Review client builds and provide concrete feedback based on best practices.
Debug with limited access and guide clients through evidence gathering.
Specify correct data/analytics expectations and validate end-to-end.
Hands-on with DataLayer mappings and event configuration when needed.
Keep projects moving with clear next steps and status updates.
