Job summary

project44 is seeking a Solutions Architect to join our Customer Experience Team and oversee post-contract integration projects for a variety of platforms. You will guide API design, create implementation design documents, and act as the technical authority throughout the implementation lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to validate designs, address blockers, and ensure timely, reliable go-lives. English fluency required; Spanish or Italian a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Spanish or Italian language skills are a strong plus.
• 3–5 years of customer-facing experience in integrations or software delivery.
• Experience with API and delivery tools: Postman, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to identify, assess, and clearly communicate technical risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead API solution design phases for customer implementations, translating requirements into scalable architectures.
• Own and produce Implementation Design Documents (IDDs).
• Act as the technical authority for customers across APIs and integrations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to validate designs and resolve blockers.
• Support and coordinate System Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Lead technical readiness for Go-Live and post-deployment checks.
• Provide Hypercare support post-launch and monitor integrations.
• Serve as a liaison between customer teams and internal stakeholders.
• Apply light project management to track timelines and tasks using Jira, Zendesk, Rocketlane.
• Contribute to process improvements and reusable solution patterns.
• Support pre-sales/discovery activities with technical input.
