Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a Solution Manager (Supply Chain) to shape and lead transformation initiatives for global clients. You will design end‑to‑end transportation and logistics solutions, manage complex programs, and build executive relationships across international teams.

With 12–15 years of experience, you will drive process optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and cutting‑edge technologies such as AI, RPA, ERP, SAP, and TMS to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in a global, complex environment.
• Strong expertise in transportation and logistics management across air, ocean, road, and warehousing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Hands‑on experience with supply chain technologies, including ERP, TMS, OTM, WMS, Oracle, SAP, AI, or RPA solutions.
• Skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision‑makers.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent project and program management capabilities.
• Proven track record of leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Fluent English; thrives in cross‑functional, international environments.

• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational performance and outcomes.
• Leverage technologies such as AI, RPA, Oracle, SAP, ERP, TMS, OTM, and WMS to enhance operations.
• Facilitate workshops, advisory sessions, and executive discussions with cross‑functional teams.

Your role

As a Solution Manager (Supply Chain), you will help global clients transform and optimize their transportation and logistics operations. Your profile

• You have 12–15 years of experience in a global, complex environment, ideally within consulting, BPO, or SSC organizations.
• You bring strong expertise in transportation and logistics management across air, ocean, road, and warehousing operations.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You have hands‑on experience with supply chain technologies, including ERP, TMS, OTM, WMS, Oracle, SAP, AI, or RPA solutions.
• You are skilled at building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executive decision‑makers.
• You combine strong commercial awareness with excellent project and program management capabilities.
• You have a proven track record of leading transformation and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• You communicate confidently in English and thrive in cross‑functional, international environments.
