Your role

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms. Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Lead the sourcing and procurement processes for assigned categories. Identify potential suppliers, conduct competitive bidding, evaluate proposals, and select suppliers based on predefined criteria.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze category costs. Implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining or improving product quality and supplier performance. Track and report cost savings achieved.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including operations, finance, and product development, to ensure alignment of procurement strategies with business objectives. Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders.
