Job summary

Hai Robotics in Poland is seeking a qualified professional to lead end-to-end warehouse automation solution design for major projects. You will conduct customer research, data analysis, and layout design while configuring systems to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include preparing technical proposals, supporting presales activities, assessing customer scenarios, and improving standard software/hardware offerings. The role requires hands-on system planning and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in the warehouse automation industry with end-to-end solution design.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations with knowledge in apparel, retail, or e-commerce.
• Familiar with mainstream automation technologies (e.g., ACR, AGV, multi-shuttle, 4-way shuttles).
• Hands-on experience planning at least one major system; strong problem solving and communication skills.

• - 2+ years of experience in the warehouse automation industry with end-to-end solution design;
• - Deep understanding of warehouse operations, with strong knowledge in at least one of the following industries: apparel, retail, or e-commerce;
• - Familiar with mainstream automation technologies (e.g., ACR, AGV, multi-shuttle, 4-way shuttles, etc.);
• hands-on experience in planning at least one major system is required; - Strong logical thinking, spatial reasoning, and communication skills; experience in method development or tool building is a plus;
• - Resilient under pressure, with a proactive and tenacious attitude toward problem-solving;
• - International project experience preferred; fluent English required for both written and verbal communication.
