Job summary

Aras Corporation is seeking a Software Engineer for L3 Support (.NET) in Poland. You will diagnose complex production issues across the application stack, implement fixes, and contribute to platform stability for Aras Innovator across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.

You will investigate escalated customer issues, develop enhancements, and collaborate with product teams to refine solutions. Strong .NET experience and English proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development with .NET in production.
• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET and OOP principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and HTTP standards (OData).
• Proficiency with Git or similar VCS.
• Experience in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Intermediate+ or higher English proficiency, both spoken and written.

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our L3 Support engineering team and help resolve complex escalated issues in Aras Innovator, our enterprise low-code platform. In this role, you will investigate issues across the application stack, identify root causes, deliver fixes and improvements for customer-reported problems, and help improve platform stability across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployment models.

What You'll Be Doing

You will help diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues affecting Aras Innovator customers.

• Investigate complex issues and identify root causes across the application stack.
• Drive escalated customer issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements, and product improvements that address customer-reported issues.
• Evaluate technical approaches and work with product teams to refine solutions.
• Support customer upgrades and adapt existing functionality to newer product versions.
• Balance incoming escalations with planned improvement work as part of the team.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern engineering and AI-assisted development practices.
• Use troubleshooting and profiling tools to diagnose performance and stability issues.
• Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices to streamline the delivery process.
• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Share knowledge and help improve support and engineering practices.

• Commercial software development experience (3+ years with .net in production).

• Experience with MS SQL Server and strong T-SQL
• Experience using troubleshooting, diagnostic, and profiling tools.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP-based standards such as OData.
• Proficiency with Git or another distributed version control system.
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban development environments.
• Intermediate+ or higher English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Nice to have

• Ability to use AI tools effectively in daily engineering work, including development, debugging, troubleshooting, and productivity tasks.
• Experience working with large enterprise systems and legacy environments.
• Experience with client-side development.
• Direct experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS or Azure Container Apps), and Helm.
