Job summary

Aras is seeking a Software Engineer to join our L3 Support team in Poland. You will diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues in Aras Innovator, our enterprise low-code platform, across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.

You will collaborate with product teams to refine solutions, upgrade support, and improve CI/CD. Strong .NET, SQL, JavaScript skills, English proficiency, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development using .NET in production.
• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET and OOP principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with debugging, diagnostic, and profiling tools.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP standards including OData.
• Proficiency with Git or another distributed version control system.
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban development environments.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues affecting Aras Innovator.
• Investigate complex issues across the application stack.
• Drive escalated issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements addressing customer-reported issues.
• Evaluate technical approaches and refine solutions with product teams.
• Support customer upgrades and adapt functionality to newer product versions.
• Balance escalations with planned improvement work within the team.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern engineering practices.
• Use troubleshooting and profiling tools to diagnose performance and stability issues.
• Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices to streamline delivery and reliability.
