Job summary

Aras is seeking a Software Engineer for L3 Support (.NET) in Poland. You will join a team that resolves escalated issues across Aras Innovator, covering SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments. You will diagnose, fix, and prevent production problems while improving platform stability and performance.

You’ll work with .NET, C#, SQL Server, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern DevOps practices, with AI-assisted development and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Commercial software development experience (3+ years) with .NET in production.
• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET and OOP principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and HTTP standards (OData).
• Proficiency with Git or similar VCS.
• Experience in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose production issues and identify root causes across the application stack.
• Drive escalated customer issues through analysis, fix development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop enhancements and product improvements addressing customer-reported issues.
• Evaluate technical approaches and work with product teams to refine solutions.
• Support customer upgrades and adapt existing functionality to newer product versions.
• Balance escalations with planned improvement work as part of the team.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern engineering practices.
• Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices to streamline delivery.
• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Share knowledge and help improve support and engineering practices.
