Job summary

Aras Corporation in Kraków is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain platform components across on-prem and SaaS environments. You will write clean, testable code and participate in DevOps practices, including CI/CD and GitOps, to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

You’ll collaborate across teams, learn new technologies, and apply AI-assisted development tools to accelerate work while upholding high quality and security.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Strong C# / .NET expertise.
• Solid knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs and HTTP standards.
• Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID, and clean architecture.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proficient in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain platform components across on-prem and SaaS environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern engineering practices.
• Participate in DevOps including CI/CD pipelines and GitOps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine scope, manage technical risks, and ensure successful delivery.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and production defects.
• Independently analyze problems, propose solutions, and drive implementation with minimal supervision.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshooting, code reviews, documentation, and learning.
