Job summary

Aras Corporation is seeking a Software Engineer for L3 Support (.NET) in Poland. You will diagnose complex production issues across the application stack, implement fixes, and contribute to platform stability for Aras Innovator across SaaS, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.

You will investigate escalated customer issues, develop enhancements, and collaborate with product teams to refine solutions. Strong .NET experience and English proficiency are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software development with .NET in production.
• Strong knowledge of C# / .NET and OOP principles.
• Experience with MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and HTTP standards (OData).
• Proficiency with Git or similar VCS.
• Experience in Agile or Kanban environments.
• Intermediate+ or higher English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, resolve, and prevent production issues affecting Aras Innovator customers.
• Analyze escalated issues and drive fixes through to deployment.
• Implement enhancements and product improvements addressing customer-reported issues.
• Evaluate approaches with product teams to refine solutions.
• Support customer upgrades and adapt functionality to new versions.
• Balance escalations with planned improvement work within the team.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable code using modern engineering practices.
• Use profiling tools to diagnose performance and stability problems.
• Improve CI/CD and DevOps practices to streamline delivery.
• Enhance platform reliability, scalability, performance, and security.
• Share knowledge and improve support and engineering practices.
