LAPP Mobility GmbH is seeking an SAP S/4 SD specialist to support SD module standards, customize configurations, and collaborate on global rollout projects. You will work with internal IT teams and external providers to maintain and optimize SAP SD processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting SAP S/4 SD module including customizing.
• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable professional degree.
• Knowledge of OTC processes and related interfaces (add-ons, modules, systems).
• Experience in global IT centers and global environment.
• Fluency in business English.
• Strong project management and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP S/4 SD standards support within the SD module and related systems.
• Participate in rollouts and upgrades (national/international).
• Support business units in trainings.
• Document template processes and local developments.
• Maintain and optimize in-house SD module developments at LAPP.
• Coordinate with external service providers and developers.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs per guidelines and directives.

Your tasks

Supporting the business units with issues in the daily mainly SAP operation, standardising and an ongoing development of processes as well as a proactively participation in shaping sustainable solutions for the future.

• Provide support for SAP S/4 standards within the SD module environment and adjacent areas, including add-ons and related systems.
• Participation in rollouts and upgrade projects (national/international).
• Supporting the business units in trainings.
• Document template processes as well as local developments.
• Maintaining in-house developments and enhancements of LAPP as well as their permanent development and optimization in the SD module.
• Collaboration with external service providers and developers and their coordination.
• Compliance with Service Level Agreements according to defined guidelines of the applicable - Service Level Agreements, Corporate Directives and Process Instructions of IT-Services.

Your profile

• Strong professional experience in supporting SAP S/4 SD module including customizing,
• Successful completion of a degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable professional degree,
• Process knowledge in the SAP SD module a related interface (add-ons, modules, systems)
• Experience in working with global IT centers, global environment,
• Understanding of business processes in OTC,
• ABAP programming knowledge is an advantage,
• Fluency in business English,
• Project Management skills and analytical thinking.
