Job summary

Aon in Kraków is seeking a Software Asset Analyst to establish and socialize a software rationalization model across the enterprise. You will analyze software installations, purchases, and dependencies to identify opportunities for cost savings, with a focus on SAM and ServiceNow platforms.

The role supports a hybrid/remote-friendly setup, requires 5+ years in asset management including SAM, strong project management, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Asset Management including Software Asset Management.
• Experience leading projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

• Socializing the model/approach with key stakeholders and gaining buy-in
• Analyzing software install, software purchase, software category, and Aon (home grown) business application dependencies to identify rationalization opportunities that will lead to cost savings

Software Asset Analyst

As Software Asset Analyst you will be accountable for establishing, socializing, and executing software rationalization capability across the Aon enterprise.

This is a flexible role open to work both in virtual and hybrid working model from our Kraków office and is offered on a full-time employment contract.
