Job summary

SoftwareOne in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to design and deliver Flexera / Snow Software solutions across the full lifecycle, from design and implementation to optimization and ongoing support. You will build integrations, automate migrations, and enhance ITAM/ITSM environments, collaborating with customers, consultants, and engagement managers to ensure successful delivery.

Experience with SAM, Snow Software, ITAM/ITSM, and data analysis, plus strong problem solving

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of software asset management and IT lifecycle management.
• Experience with Snow Software and related technologies for integrations, migrations, and enhancements.
• Ability to design and implement ITAM/ITSM/SAM solutions.
• Strong data analysis and Excel proficiency to support recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan SLM, ITAM, and ITSM solution architectures.
• Lead Snow Software implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Develop integrations, interfaces, and automation solutions.
• Support migrations, troubleshooting, and technical enhancements.

Job Requirements

• Broad technology knowledge with experience in system integration and solution design
• Experience working with Software Asset Management (SAM), ideally with hands‑on Snow Software expertise
• Experience designing and implementing ITAM, ITSM, or SAM solutions
• Knowledge of software licensing and software asset optimization
• Analytical skills with experience using Excel and data analysis tools to deliver customer recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and deliver successful outcomes
