Job summary

Amer Sports Oyj is seeking a senior software asset professional in Kraków to drive governance, license compliance, and lifecycle management. The role focuses on optimizing software assets, reducing risk, and improving financial outcomes for a multinational team in a hybrid work setting.

You will work with SAM platforms (Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro, Snow Software) and collaborate with finance and IT across multiple countries to enforce best practices and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAM platforms (Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro, Snow Software).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate across technical/financial contexts.
• Multinational experience.
• Fluent English.
• Knowledge of Polish, German or French is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Govern software asset governance and license compliance across the organization.
• Lead risk management related to software assets and licensing.
• Oversee software inventory and lifecycle management processes.
• Drive cost optimization and financial management for software assets.
• Implement tooling and automation to streamline SAM operations.
