Job summary

TechnoAlpin is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers in Poland. You will identify new opportunities, coordinate with HQ in Bolzano and internal teams, and present complex snowmaking solutions to clients across ski resorts and partners.

The role requires a technical background, strong sales drive, and excellent communication skills, with travel within Poland and occasional international trips to Bolzano.

Qualifications

• Technical education or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in technical sales or development of customized technical solutions.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and explain them clearly to customers.
• Strong customer focus and a professional, solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the Polish market.
• Collaborate with headquarters in Bolzano and internal technical/project teams.
• Visit ski resorts and customer sites to analyse technical requirements and understand customer needs.
• Present TechnoAlpin’s products and customized solutions to customers and partners.
• Coordinate the sales process from initial contact to contract conclusion.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and activity data in the CRM system.
• Travel regularly within Poland and to Bolzano when required.
