XTB online investing, a global fintech leader in Poland, seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to define and drive the reliability of our systems at scale for millions of clients. You will strengthen SRE practices and shape the resilience of our technology stack through observability and robust automation.

You will build a standardized observability ecosystem, partner with product teams to balance velocity and stability, and implement AI/ML driven anomaly detection.

Qualifications

• Experience in SRE/DevOps roles at scale.
• Strong Python scripting for automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Observability tooling experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Jaeger.
• Strong incident management and post-incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Observability Platform Engineering: Develop a standardized observability ecosystem and telemetry model.
• Reliability Enablement: Partner with product teams to balance velocity with stability using error budgets.
• Proactive Resilience & Protection: Enhance detection capabilities with AI/ML for anomaly detection.
• Operations & Tooling: Build internal automation and tooling to streamline SRE workflows.
• Incident Management & On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotations and post-incident reviews.
