Job summary

XTB is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to guide the Site Reliability Engineering team across our growing platform. You will shape the reliability strategy, own 24/7 incident management, and drive data-driven improvements across observability, tooling, and platforms used by millions of clients.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with product and infrastructure teams, and promote best practices in cloud and on‑prem environments, ensuring scalable, resilient services with clear KPIs

Qualifications

Several years of experience in SRE, Infrastructure, or DevOps roles managing high-scale, distributed environments.
Proven track record in formal management roles, leading and mentoring high-performing SRE/DevOps teams.
Experience building scalable, reliable, observable infrastructure (Azure, Kubernetes, On-prem).

Responsibilities

Shape and grow a high-performing Site Reliability Engineering team, fostering technical excellence and ownership.
Define and drive the SRE platform strategy with infra and development teams.
Own and oversee organization-wide 24/7 on-call and incident management processes.
