Job summary

KTI Poland S.A. is seeking an experienced HSE professional to support and monitor the HSE policy and Management System at the site.

The role requires ensuring compliance with Polish regulations and international standards, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. The candidate will perform JHA/JSA analyses, update HSE documentation through construction phases, organize site inspections, lead the HSE committee, and drive incident investigations to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent. NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE roles within construction, industrial or energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor HSE policies and management system at site.
• Perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Verify adequacy of Site HSE Plan and related procedures; update as needed.
