Job summary

METLEN Energy & Metals is seeking an experienced Site HSE Advisor to join our project team in Turek, Poland. You will monitor safety controls on site and ensure compliance with legislation and project HSE requirements.

The role requires NEBOSH or ISO auditor qualifications, fluent Polish and good English, and the ability to collaborate with contractors. This is an on-site position with a proactive safety culture and reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience as an HSE professional in construction, energy, electrical, or heavy industrial projects.
Knowledge of HSE processes, site safety, audits, inspections, and incident investigation.
Polish and English language skills highly desirable for site coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

Support implementation and day-to-day monitoring of Health, Safety and Environmental controls on site.
Ensure site activities comply with legislation, project HSE requirements and the Construction Phase Plan/Safe Management System.
Monitor direct and subcontractor works to ensure safe systems of work are properly applied.
Conduct HSE inspections, audits, and safety checks with corrective actions followed up and closed.
Review and support preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements with practical HSE input.
