Job summary

Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking an HSE Advisor for a major offshore wind farm developer in Poland. The role focuses on HSE governance across contractor and JV partners, RAMS reviews, and on-site risk management in a renewables setting.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in HSE, NEBOSH level 3 or equivalent, and strong communication skills. EU driving license and IT proficiency are required. Polish work context implied.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' work experience with HSE, ideally from onshore renewables/offshore windfarm construction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and presentation skills.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office package, knowledge of Synergi is an advantage).
• Highly organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis and incident investigation.
• Current clean European driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of regular HSE meetings with Contractor and JV partners.
