You will collaborate with investigators and site staff, traveling about 60% as required, to optimize site engagement and drive successful study outcomes.
A life sciences degree and clinical research experience are essential.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
- Experience in clinical research or site management is preferred.
- Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time.
Responsabilités
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites (PI, coordinators, staff).
- Provide guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements to site staff.
- Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and site performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor site engagement strategies per study/site needs.
- Monitor site performance and report engagement outcomes to study teams.
