You will assist with coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth trial execution and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%).

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and administering clinical trials ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Maintain and organize trial documentation including study files and regulatory submissions.
• Support preparation of study materials such as informed consent forms and CRFs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and trial execution.
• Contribute to tracking and reporting of trial metrics and milestones.
