Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions in Warsaw is seeking a Clinical Trial Associate for an office-based role at the client's site. You will assist with design and analysis of clinical trials and contribute to the advancement of therapies that benefit patients worldwide.

You will coordinate trials, maintain essential documents, and support regulatory submissions while working with cross-functional teams. A strong foundation in clinical research and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field.
• Prior experience or strong interest in clinical research.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, regulations, and guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination and administration of clinical trials ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and organize trial documentation, study files, and regulatory submissions.
• Support preparation of study materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and trial execution.
• Contribute to tracking and reporting of trial metrics and milestones.
