Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Site Contract & Budget professional to join our A-team in Europe (hybrid/remote). You will lead contract and budget activities, coordinate with country teams, and serve as the primary contact for sponsors throughout study timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Healthcare or Biological Science with 3+ years in drug development or clinical research. Strong negotiation and regulatory knowledge are essential, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or Biological Science.
• Minimum 3 years of drug development or clinical research experience.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA and ICH-GCP.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and CTMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead site contract and budget activities across assigned studies, ensuring timely negotiation and delivery.
• Develop and maintain CTABPs, including contracting strategies and escalation pathways.
• Coordinate guidance to Site Contract & Budget associates and country resources.
• Serve as primary contact for sponsors and internal stakeholders on contracting processes.
• Review and align CTA templates with local regulations and sponsor requirements.
• Provide contractual negotiation support and final quality review of site agreements.
• Monitor milestones, report status, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee site contract documents throughout the study lifecycle.
