Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Site Contract & Budget Manager to lead contract and budget activities for clinical studies in Europe. Hybrid/remote role with cross-functional collaboration across sponsors, sites, and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years in site contracting, strong negotiation and communication skills, and knowledge of GDPR/HIPAA and ICH-GCP. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Biological Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in site contracts and budgeting/clinical research.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR/HIPAA) and ICH-GCP.
• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site contract and budget activities across studies, ensuring timely negotiation and delivery.
• Develop and maintain CTABPs with contracting strategies and escalation paths.
• Coordinate guidance to Site Contract & Budget associates and country teams.
• Serve as contact for sponsors and stakeholders on contracting processes and progress.
