Job summary

Allucent is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the A-team (hybrid/remote). You will oversee clinical trials from start-up to delivery, spanning Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology and Infectious Diseases, with Cell/Gene Therapy as a plus.

You will lead the project team, develop PM plans, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, manage budgets and vendors, and drive on-time delivery while coordinating with sponsor teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research, with at least 3 years of clinical trial project management experience.
• ICH-GCP(R2) knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong English language skills.
• Demonstrates financial acumen, administrative excellence and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project team and ensures delivery per contract scope and timelines.
• Creates and executes project management plans per established processes.
• Ensures quality and adherence to SOPs, GCP and regulatory guidelines.
• Establishes clear communication lines and escalation pathways with stakeholders.
• Provides input on study documents (protocol, CRF, monitoring plan, CSR).
• Manages study budget and monthly invoicing; oversees risks and scope changes.
• Oversees vendor identification, qualification, and management.
