Job summary
GlobalLogic in Kraków is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team developing and deploying software for a global fleet of connected devices in vehicles. You will contribute to device software enabling real-time monitoring, vehicle connectivity, and AI-powered insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Kraków office.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Computer Engineering or related field, 5+ years in embedded software, strong C++ skills, Linux/UNIX experience, and
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of embedded software development experience.
- Strong C++ programming skills.
- Experience with Linux/UNIX platforms and shell utilities.
- Hands-on experience with OpenEmbedded/Yocto.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Hybrid work from Kraków office.
Responsibilities
- Review software source code and project artifacts
- Analyze and implement planned tasks
- Identify and report technical risks
- Integrate solutions with the existing system
- Support design, update, and maintenance of project documentation
