Job summary

Joinimagine is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Poland to help meet store targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, handle transactions, and help maintain visual merchandising standards on the sales floor.

The role emphasizes teamwork with peers and supervisors, ongoing learning, and adherence to Brand policies and procedures. Fluency in Polish and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and intermediate English required.
• 1–2 months experience in sports/fashion retail preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets and own them to meet or exceed targets.
• Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Use seasonal brand and product knowledge during sales interactions.
• Communicate product features and benefits clearly to address customer needs.
