Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting with shift supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with JDEdwards and DCS for documentation.
• Ability to lead and train staff and follow SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Provide Leadership and direction to employees in assigned areas.
• Coordinate with shifts on operational needs and schedules.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety requirements are communicated.
• Identify personnel issues and work with management to address them.
• Monitor lean product flows and allocate resources to meet service rates.
• Perform quality system checks and maintain department records.
• Train employees to operate and maintain equipment per GMP and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot shipping and receiving discrepancies and errors.
