Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Poland seeks a Sr. Supervisor, Production to lead a large team and achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will oversee workflows, issue work orders, manage MES systems, and coordinate with other departments to maintain uninterrupted operations across the MegaCell line. Strong leadership and data-driven decisions are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a production manager/supervisor overseeing 100+ employees.
• Deep knowledge of production management and key metrics reporting.
• Understanding of quality standards, health & safety regulations, and GMP.
• Basic TPM knowledge; ISO 13485 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Issue work orders and organize workflows when the manager is unavailable.
• Maintain uninterrupted operations and coordinate with other departments.
• Develop and run performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
