Job summary

Align Technology, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Senior Supervisor for Production to lead daily to monthly manufacturing targets in the MegaCell line and related areas.

You will guide a large production team, plan schedules, manage resources, oversee MES systems, and ensure GMP and safety compliance, while driving continuous improvement and cost control.

The role requires 5+ years in production management, strong leadership, and proficiency in TPM concepts; English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a production manager/supervisor with 100+ employees.
• 5+ years in production management, preferably in medical or automotive.
• Knowledge of production metrics, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Basic TPM understanding; ISO 13485 is a plus.
• English, written and spoken (B1/B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanisms to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to supervisors and operators.
• Plan and draw up production schedules; allocate resources.
• Manage MES production systems and WIP; coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure GMP compliance, safety standards, and quality goals.
• Develop and run performance reports to improve operations.
