Job summary

Allegro is seeking a warehouse operative to load and unload shipments, accurately sort packages, and keep the warehouse clean and safe. You will operate scanners, forklifts, and conveyors as part of a fast-moving team in the courier warehouse.

Applicants should have warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and be meticulous about quality. Shift work is required and teamwork is essential for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments to ensure smooth warehouse flow.

Job description

• Work directly for Allegro at the Courier Warehouse
• Loading and unloading shipments at the warehouse to ensure an efficient flow of goods.
• Operating available equipment: scanner, forklift, computer, transport containers, sorter, automated stations—conveyors
• Accurately sorting packages according to destinations and designated courier routes.
• Maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse, on the loading area, and on all equipment.
• Receiving damaged shipments and forwarding them to the designated person for further processing.
• Ensuring occupational safety and health, cooperating with the occupational safety and health department and supervisors
