Job summary

Britenet seeks an experienced IT professional to join a project focused on development, consulting and support of IT systems for Frontex. The role requires leading the technical delivery, collaborating with analysts and testers, and ensuring high standards across the software lifecycle.

You will work in a hybrid model from Warsaw, interfacing with business owners and stakeholders to refine backlog, estimate effort, and drive continuous improvement. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree; ICT degree not mandatory.
• 6+ years IT professional experience.
• 3+ years project experience in relevant profile or similar position.
• At least 1 certification among: Advanced level certificate in software development or equivalent recognized internationally.
• Experience developing enterprise apps on SharePoint on-premises (2019) with SPFx, React/TypeScript and PnPjs, including custom Web APIs in .NET/C# on IIS and SQL Server.
• Experience taking over and evolving existing code bases in Scrum teams using Azure DevOps Boards, Repos with PR workflow and Pipelines.
• Experience integrating LOB apps with identity and external systems (EU Login / SAML / Entra ID) and performance optimization of list-based SharePoint solutions.
• Ability to work with business owners, analysts and testers on backlog refinement, estimation and acceptance; knowledge-transfer overlapping last sprints (Nov 2026).
• English at min. B2 level.
• Openness for hybrid work (max. 5 x/month) from Warsaw office.
• Has gone through complete lifecycle of a solution.
• Expert in developing enterprise software systems in specified tech domain.
• Knows UML and can design applications in UML.
• Proficient in designing data layer, business logic layer and UI layer.
• Experience in Scrum developments.
• Capable of leading technical teams.

• Minimum level of education (Bachelor's Degree) ICT relevant degree is NOT mandatory

• Minimum project experience relevant to the profile or at similar position (years) - 3
• At least 1 certification among: Advanced level certificate in software development technology domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally
• Proven development of enterprise applications on SharePoint on-premises (2019 / Subscription Edition) with SPFx, React/TypeScript and PnPjs, including custom Web APIs in .NET/C# on IIS and SQL Server
• Experience in taking over and evolving an existing code base developed by a third party (code review, refactoring, technical-debt management, regression testing) in a Scrum team using Azure DevOps Boards, Repos with pull-request workflow and Pipelines
• Experience integrating line-of-business applications with identity and external systems (EU Login / SAML / Entra ID, REST APIs, notifications, document management) and in performance optimisation of list-based SharePoint solutions
• Ability to work directly with business owners, analysts and testers on backlog refinement, estimation and acceptance; availability for a knowledge-transfer period overlapping the last sprints of the current contractor (November 2026)
• English at min. B2 level
• Openness for hybrid work (max. 5 x/month) from Warsaw office
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the solution
• Expert in developing enterprise level software systems in specified technology domain
