Job summary

Fyerx is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Tech Lead with expertise in AI and modern UI to mentor the team. You will code, review PRs, and guide development of Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences.

The ideal candidate has 8–9 years IT experience, 6–7 years in technical leadership, and strong skills in ServiceNow, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub. You will champion AI-native UI patterns and scalable, high-performance solutions.

Qualifications

• 8–9 years IT experience with 6–7 years in technical lead/development roles.
• Hands-on ServiceNow platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub expertise.
• Experience building or integrating AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance to the development team.
• Build and guide team members in developing Lit Web Components for AI-powered UI experiences.
• Implement and integrate AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
• Apply AI-native UI patterns and best practices to modernize user interfaces.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions.
