Job summary

Fyerx is seeking a ServiceNow UI Builder Developer to design and customize applications and modern user experiences using the Now Experience UI Framework. You will craft responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate brings 8-9 years in IT with 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow UI Builder expertise, strong mentoring, and excellent communication for code reviews and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 8-9 years of total IT experience with 6-7 years of relevant hands-on technical lead/development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow platform, Scoped Apps, and Integration Hub.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development with strong expertise in UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Data Resources, Client State Parameters, Events, Declarative Actions, and UI Builder components.
• Demonstrated experience building or integrating with AI Agents, Skills, MCP Servers, and A2A Protocols.
• Excellent mentoring, communication, and code review capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications and user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.
• Build responsive pages, dashboards, workspaces, and portal experiences based on business requirements.
• Configure Now Experience UI Framework, UI Builder components, Data Resources, Client Scripts, and Client State Parameters.
• Integrate UI Builder experiences with ServiceNow tables, APIs, REST/Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
• Develop reusable components, participate in code reviews, and maintain upgrade-safe coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI, performance, and integration-related issues.
