Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead a multi-module ServiceNow platform for an international financial organization. You will guide a team of three developers and collaborate directly with the Platform Owner and Business Analyst Lead.

This role requires strong technical leadership, weekly on-site presence in Warsaw, and occasional travel to Switzerland to drive scalable design and best practices across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow architecture and management experience.
• Proven experience leading development teams and managing people.
• Deep understanding of multi-module ServiceNow environments (ITSM, CSM, Risk, Privacy).
• Ability to design scalable solutions and maintain architectural integrity across the platform.
• Expertise in technical standards and best practices in ServiceNow.
• Fluent Polish and English; residency in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Design target architecture and ensure platform consistency.
• Provide technical leadership for a team of three ServiceNow Developers.
• Collaborate with Platform Owner and Business Analyst Lead.
• Make technical decisions on configuration, customization, integration and data models.
• Define development standards and scalability practices.
• Conduct technical reviews of solutions prepared by Developers.
• Design cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD and related capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.
