Job summary
Aptiv is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect in Kraków to define and govern the enterprise ServiceNow platform. You will align with business goals, drive scalable and secure solutions, and collaborate with senior leadership and partners to implement innovative capabilities across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and more.
Lead governance, architecture, and migrations while mentoring teams and optimizing license usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Business or related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- CSA and CAD certifications required; CTA / CIS preferred.
- Strong ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, HAM, SAM, and CSM experience.
- Enterprise integrations and data synchronization expertise.
- Experience leading multi-instance strategies and complex migrations.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the ServiceNow platform architecture and roadmap.
- Establish platform governance, standards, and best practices.
- Drive design across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and related modules.
- Oversee upgrades, environment strategy, and lifecycle planning.
- Lead integration with Entra ID, Azure, AWS, Salesforce, and more.
- Mentor developers and administrators; promote best practices.
- Partner with security to ensure governance and compliance.
