Job summary

SIX Group Services Ltd. in Warsaw seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to shape and govern the architecture of a greenfield ServiceNow environment.

You will design scalable cross-module solutions, set governance standards, and collaborate with core stakeholders to build a secure, future-ready platform in a regulated enterprise landscape. You will work with Platform Owner and Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with business strategy, data standards and platform roadmap,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience with architecture responsibility in complex environments
• CSA certification is mandatory; other CIS/CAD certifications are preferred
• Fluent English communications; German language skills are preferred
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation strategies and platform governance
• Experience designing secure, compliant integrations and enterprise-scale workflows
• Experience in highly regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform with focus on stability, performance, security and maintainability
• Align platform architecture with business strategy and enable secure, scalable solutions
• Define and maintain architecture roadmap and contribute to release planning
• Identify opportunities to maximize value from ServiceNow investments and improve delivery via automation
• Define platform and data standards, ensuring design consistency and data integrity
• Guide teams on design, delivery and environment strategy per architecture standards
• Enforce governance through standards, reviews and design authority practices
• Design cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD
• Drive CMDB and CSDM strategy and oversee CMDB health
• Translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders
• Collaborate with Platform Owner and Enterprise Architecture on governance and strategy
• Challenge legacy requirements and drive standardization and scalable design

ServiceNow Platform Architect

Do you want to shape how ServiceNow is used across the enterprise to drive transformation?

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Architect to join our CIT team in Warsaw. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and governing the ServiceNow architecture in a greenfield environment, with direct influence on how the platform is designed, built and evolved across the organization.

You will design scalable cross-module solutions and drive standards, governance and best practices across the platform, ensuring a secure, compliant and future-ready setup in a regulated environment. You will work closely with the Platform Owner, Enterprise Architecture, Product Owner and key business stakeholders as part of a structured design authority, helping to build a strong and sustainable platform foundation in a complex enterprise landscape.

This role will also support the transformation from legacy service management and governance tooling into a standardized, scalable and future-ready ServiceNow platform model.

What You Will Do

• shape and assure the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on stability, performance, security and maintainability
• ensure the ServiceNow platform architecture aligns with business strategy and supports secure, scalable and future-ready solutions
• define and maintain the technical architecture roadmap and provide architecture input into platform release planning
• identify opportunities to maximize value from ServiceNow investments and improve service delivery through automation and standardization
• define platform and data architecture standards, patterns and documentation, ensuring design consistency and data integrity across the platform
• guide teams through solution design, technical delivery and environment strategy, ensuring alignment with architectural standards
• enforce technical governance across the platform through defined standards, architecture reviews and design authority practices
• design cross-module solutions across ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD and related platform capabilities, ensuring end-to-end consistency and appropriate integration patterns
• define and drive the CMDB and service modelling strategy (CSDM) and provide architecture oversight for CMDB health and evolution
• act as a trusted advisor by translating business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and clearly communicating architectural decisions and trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• drive solution direction in close collaboration with the Platform Owner and Enterprise Architecture, ensuring alignment with governance, security and overall platform strategy
• help ensure that legacy requirements are appropriately challenged and that the target platform evolves through standardization, simplification and scalable design principles

What You Bring

• bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including substantial architecture responsibility in complex enterprise environments
• strong experience designing ServiceNow solutions in organizations with demanding compliance, audit and governance requirements
• CSA certification is mandatory
• additional certifications such as CAD, CIS ITSM or other relevant CIS certifications are strongly preferred
• strong understanding of ServiceNow implementation strategies, architectural best practices and platform governance
• certifications such as CIS CSM, CIS GRC, CIS SecOps are preferredCTA or CMA certifications are a strong advantage
• experience with AI is a strong plus
• experience with Git is preferred
• proven ability to design secure and compliant integrations, as well as enterprise-scale workflows
• experience designing CMDB/CSDM models integrated with BMC Discovery in complex enterprise environments is preferred
• experience contributing to Design Authority reviews and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and platform strategy is a strong plus
• experience in highly regulated environments is preferred
• fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
• German language skills are preferred
