Job summary

Capgemini Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect to shape enterprise‑grade platform solutions, defining architectural vision across ITSM and related workflows. You will guide delivery teams, influence long‑term digital roadmaps for international clients, and provide governance across complex, large‑scale implementations.

You will contribute to bids and pre‑sales, drive innovation, and ensure secure, high‑performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions at scale.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical architecture.
• Expertise across ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM suites.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, SSO, and SAML integration technologies.
• Relevant certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA) are advantageous.

As a Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will shape enterprise‑grade platform solutions that drive real business transformation. You will define architectural vision across ITSM and broader enterprise workflows, ensure alignment between business goals and technical design, and guide delivery teams in implementing scalable, secure and high‑performing ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will influence platform strategy, solution quality, and the long‑term digital roadmap of international clients.

Your project

At Capgemini Poland’s Application Business Line (ABL), you will join one of the strongest Low‑Code Hubs in Poland, where over 400+ professionals work with platforms such as Mendix, Microsoft Power Platform, Salesforce, Pega, SAP, and ServiceNow. You’ll contribute to international projects that accelerate application delivery, optimize business processes, and integrate systems seamlessly.
