Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the platform's architecture for a major transformation. The role allows fully remote work from Poland or a hybrid setup from Warsaw.

You will define platform governance, drive the roadmap, and ensure data quality in CMDB/CSDM, while collaborating with EA and key stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow and ServiceNow architecture.
• 7+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulated environments.
• Deep ServiceNow Solution Architecture and Platform Architecture experience across ITSM, CSM and IRM.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Align platform architecture with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Drive platform roadmap and identify automation, standardization, and improvements.
• Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and design reviews.
• Lead solution design across ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD.
• Own the CMDB and CSDM strategy ensuring data quality and platform consistency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions and advise stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Platform Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and key stakeholders to support platform development.

WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to join a major transformation initiative and take ownership of the ServiceNow platform architecture.

• Define and govern the ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Align platform architecture with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
• Drive the platform roadmap and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Establish architecture standards, governance practices, and design review processes.
• Lead solution design across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, IRM/GRC, CSM, and HRSD.
• Own the CMDB and CSDM strategy, ensuring data quality and platform consistency.
• Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with Platform Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and key stakeholders to support strategic platform development.
• Experience in at least two of: ITSM, CSM, IRM - MUST HAVE
• Strong Design Authority / Governance experience
• Platform-wide thinking (not only module/project implementation experience)
• Strong stakeholder management and solution design capability with proven technical leadership of engineers and technical leads
• Experienced in architectural decision-making across quality, risk, time and cost
• Willingness and capability to act as a long-term platform owner, not only an implementation architect
• Professional proficiency in English; German proficiency is preferred.

Requirements:
