Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Engineer in Warsaw to design and deliver the data, integration and automation backbone of the ITAM & CMDB ecosystem. You will improve asset data quality and topology coverage while modernizing ITAM data flows across systems.

You will build data products and dashboards (SQL, Power BI, ServiceNow Analytics) for Architecture, Security, FinOps and Engineering stakeholders and contribute to reducing technical debt with out-of-the-box patterns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in an engineering role in Software, Data, Integration, Platform or SRE.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience integrating systems via RESTful APIs.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and automated testing.
• Knowledge of data quality concepts and automated rules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; fast learner.
• Willingness to learn ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB and AI-related technologies.
• English proficiency and a relevant bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy scalable ITAM/CMDB capabilities across data ingestion, reconciliation and reporting.
• Build automated Asset Data Quality rules and scorecards across ITAM and CMDB.
• Extend ServiceNow Discovery patterns and CI relationships for key business clusters.
• Develop ITAM integrations using REST, SOAP and event-driven approaches.
• Create data products and dashboards (SQL, Power BI, ServiceNow Analytics) for stakeholders.
• Reduce custom scripts and direct integrations; promote out-of-the-box patterns.
• Champion Agile, DevOps and CD/CI practices with automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business goals.
• Progress toward ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB/Discovery and AI-enabled operations.
