Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking a ServiceNow Integration Engineer in Warsaw to design and deploy data, integration, and automation for ITAM/CMDB. You will enable AI-ready data and Topology Coverage, modernize data flows, and support AIOps-enabled operations across the enterprise.

You will build data products and dashboards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform capabilities with business outcomes, delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in engineering role (Software, Data, Integration, Platform or SRE).
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; strong SQL & data modelling.
• Experience integrating systems via RESTful APIs; automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement scalable capabilities across ITAM and CMDB ecosystems.
• Build automated Asset Data Quality rules and scorecards.
• Extend ServiceNow Discovery patterns and IRE rules for CI relationships.
• Develop ITAM integrations using REST/SOAP and event-driven patterns.
• Create dashboards in SQL, Power BI and ServiceNow analytics.
• Reduce custom scripts and promote out-of-the-box patterns.
