Job summary

Capgemini in Kraków is seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. You will design, configure, and customize HRSD applications, including AI Agents, to support HR service delivery across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with HR and IT to capture requirements, ensure integrations with other systems, and stay current with ServiceNow updates. The role involves documentation, training, and guiding continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• HR processes knowledge: employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management.
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI in ServiceNow; Now Assist is a plus.
• Certification in CIS-HRSD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications, including AI Agents.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Implement and maintain HR processes and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support for HRSD-related issues.
