Capgemini in Poland is looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer with around 10 years of HR process experience. You'll develop and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications, work closely with HR and IT teams on solution design, and implement essential HR processes. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable in a hybrid working environment. Qualifications

• Around 10 years of experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management and case management.
