Job summary

Capgemini in Kraków is seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. You will design, configure, and customize HRSD applications, including AI Agents, to support HR service delivery across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with HR and IT to capture requirements, ensure integrations with other systems, and stay current with ServiceNow updates. The role involves documentation, training, and guiding continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow HRSD experience.
• HR processes knowledge: employee lifecycle, case management, knowledge management.
• Experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI in ServiceNow; Now Assist is a plus.
• Certification in CIS-HRSD preferred.

• Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
• Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
• Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your profile

• Experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
• Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge about Generative AI in the context of ServiceNow platform. Ideally proficiency in Now Assist including AI Agents.
• ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification is preferred.
