The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and a keen understanding of HR processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and updates (Including AI Agents), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.* Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services including AI Agents* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.* Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.* Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.* Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.* Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed.* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.* Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.## **YOUR PROFILE*** Around 10 years of experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.* Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.* Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Basic knowledge about Generative AI in the context of ServiceNow platform.
