Sopra Steria Polska is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (CSA & HRSD certified) to join our Katowice team. You will implement and optimize ServiceNow (ITSM) solutions, design workflows, and collaborate with Agile teams to deliver high-quality results. We require 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, CSA and HRSD certifications, strong JavaScript skills, ITIL knowledge, and fluent English.

Travel to offices abroad may be needed occasionally. Poland-based candidates only.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join the Sopra Steria Polska team and contribute to the projects for our clients. Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, primarily within the ITSM module.
• Develop and maintain workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, script includes, and other custom platform components.
• Implement new functionalities and enhancements in accordance with business and technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Review, optimize, and refactor custom code to ensure performance, maintainability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases, including testing and validation activities.
• Monitor and maintain integrations and APIs to ensure reliable platform operations.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and custom developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance platform functionality, performance, and user experience.

Qualifications

Must Have Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) certification are required.
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent English B2/C1.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively.
• Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice.

Nice to Have

• Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, CIS-ITOM).
• Experience with other ServiceNow modules, such as SLO, ITOM, or similar.
• French B2/C1.

The recruitment process for this position consists of two stages: a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max) one-hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions).

Salary range: UOP: 12 000 -16 000 PLN gross/month; B2B: 100-140 PLN/h net + vat. All information about salary range and its additional components will be provided during the 1st stage of recruitment process.
